When will my order ship?

No.

Our glosses are formulated to deliver a high-shine, glass-like finish without the heavy, uncomfortable stickiness often associated with traditional lip gloss.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States.

How pigmented are the glosses?

Our glosses are designed to enhance your lips, not hide them.

Depending on the shade, you can expect anything from a sheer wash of color to a more noticeable tint while still maintaining a glossy, wearable finish.

Are your glosses vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes.

All Doll Veil Beauty™ lip glosses are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

We do not test on animals, and our formulas are created without animal-derived ingredients.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to make it right.
