Returns and refunds

Because all Doll Veil Beauty™ items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

🎀 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may be submitted for production and can no longer be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.

💌 Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect product selection

• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

• Minor color variations caused by screen settings

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer after purchase, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
